Refund & Replacement Policy

At Emerging Abrasives, we are committed to delivering quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how our return and replacement policies work:

1. Return Policy (Within 7 Days)
You can return eligible items within 7 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be booked within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will initiate a refund once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check. This process can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt at the warehouse.

2. Replacement Policy (Within 7 Days)
If you've received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure:
  • The product is in its original condition with the brand box, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • There are no signs of use or external damage after delivery.
  • We may request images to verify the issue before initiating a replacement or refund.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
The following items are not eligible:
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers or labels
  • Defects not covered under manufacturer warranty
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned in a different condition than received

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used at checkout. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will request your bank details or preferred payment mode for processing the refund.

5. What If My Item Arrives Broken?
If you receive a broken item, please email us at support@emergingabrasives.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
  • Your order number and name
  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged item
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please note: claims without pictures will not be accepted.

6. What If My Item Has a Manufacturing Defect?
If your item has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days at support@emergingabrasives.com with:
  • Your order number and name
  • A clear photo and description of the defect
We’ll arrange for the product to be picked up for quality assessment and issue a replacement once it’s approved. Claims will not be valid without product return.
